Volunteers teach in classrooms provided by our NGO partners.

Classrooms are generally very crowded, and CEPAL volunteers often must work without chairs or desks, without a blackboard or chalk, and without electricity. Classrooms can also get quite cramped. Some classes will reach up to 30 students, however class sizes generally fluctuate throughout the summer.
